Full Service In-House Marketing

As a Team, we are able to offer our clients with full service, in-house marketing program.  This means that there is no need to wait for outside sources to generate marketing materials, which can waste precious marketing time - we can get your home out on the public for potential buyers to see, right away!  As soon as you list your home with me, I will directly enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other agents can immediately access your property information by computer, the same day we list your property. Then, your listing will come up on the public MLS site (realtor.ca).  Plus, your property will be included in any printed MLS books. We will take high-quality photographs of your property for sale to post on the internet and use in our marketing materials.  Besides MLS, we also post your listing on our website, which reaches an international audience.  The internet is a growing medium of real estate advertising, and we utilize many different sites and tools to bring this benefit to all of our listings and clients. I also regularly publish in magazines and newspapers in the area and send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers.
